Our recipes originate with Grandpa Louis Marchio in Sicily. After immigrating to America, he opened Marchio’s Italian Café in Omaha, Nebraska, which became one of the most beloved Italian steakhouses in the city. Marchio's Grill is the realization of our dream to continue the legacy of Grandpa Louis, bringing traditional flavors to our community.
You will find our Midwest roots woven throughout our menu. Toasted raviolis, creamy cheesesteaks, cheese frenchees ... all of the foods we looked forward to eating when going back home. Customers have travelled from as far as Littleton and Cheyenne to enjoy this taste of nostalgia.
Our menu is curated to accommodate all dietary needs. Gluten free? Substitute hand-spun zoodles for pasta or bread. Vegan or vegetarian? Substitute plant-based meatballs. We also offer tasty options for kids!
